Job Description

The candidate will provide day to day management of benefit plan providers, auditors, and consultants. They will ensure data accuracy for benefit related data including: enrollment, deductions COBRA and benefit changes. Candidate must demonstrate commitment to teamwork by fostering an environment that embodies trust and respect.

Responsibilities:
Analyze participation and utilization for all benefit plans on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for cost control and risk assessment factors. The successful candidate will also oversee the 401 (k) plan, audit of payroll deferrals and match contributions while being responsible for preparation of annual NDT and Form 5500. Moreover they will be responsible for designing and maintaining a comprehensive wellness program, including the wellness committee. Assisting with the compensation programs including merit cycle, promotions, new hire offers and internal movement will also be required. The candidate will also fulfill the responsibility required to achieve the Quality Commitment. In addition the candidate will provide process and technical support HR processes through excellence in process, information and technology management practice and expertise.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Must have knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
General knowledge of organization systems framework
Knowledge of Human Resources principles and best practices in benefit and compensation
Knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local rules, regulations and/ or statues
Excel experience for analysis of data
Experience using PowerPoint
Familiar with employee relations principles and practices; customer service principles
SAP/Success Factors experience preferred.
Good problem-solving and analysis skills

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
2 + years minimum of experience in benefit administration and data analytics preferred
A Bachelor???s degree n Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or other relevant field.
