Job Description

Spherion Staffing is currently seeking Human Resources Assistant for one or more of our top clients in Florence, South Carolina.
Pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Temp and Temp to hire work opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and provides administrative support to Human Resources staff.
- Responsible for serving as back-up to the recruitment and employment manager. Assists with employment activities; reviewing and qualifying applications, scheduling interviews and assists with human resources records management of personnel documents; responsible for file room management and archiving personnel documents. Answers phone call inquiries, and greets guests.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent
