Job Description

This person will be responsible for assisting the Recruiting team with various recruitment processes to ensure a timely and responsive flow to all internal and external candidates.

Support recruitment staffing efforts within the organization.
Operate with a sense of urgency to manage high volume recruiting activities with a good attention to detail to ensure both a consistent and timely candidate experience.
Assist with proactive recruitment strategies to anticipate future openings.
Source candidates using web-based recruiting methods and social media, as well as traditional means of referrals, networking, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.
Communicate with applicants and perform prescreening questions to ensure fit and qualification match based on work history, training, education, job skills, etc.
Manage interview scheduling and coordinate details with hiring managers and field-based HR teams.
Partner with company managers to form candidate evaluations and to make hiring recommendations.
Coordinate and facilitate pre-screening activities in partnership with the sites.
Utilize an applicant tracking system to accurately track open positions and recruiting progress.
Develop and maintain recruiting status reporting to offer visibility into recruiting efforts; ensure frequent communication with hiring managers to offer visibility into our work.
Support the onboarding process.
Act as a liaison with external resources: temporary agencies, contract and retained search agencies, etc.
Recruit and source for multiple positions; screen applicants - may extend offers of employment to candidates.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to; sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidates.
Exposure to recruitment steps for various levels of openings.
Ability to manage demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible.


1-4 years

Excellent time management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
Good initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Must be Internet savvy. Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Interest and ability to work on-site.
Bachelor???s degree in HR, Business or related field is required. Prefer candidates with experience/exposure to the recruiting lifecycle. Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus.
