Contract position for 6 months
Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity.
Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports. In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies.
Provides guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies Perform administrative functions to support the HR Department: draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, create reports, Announcements, presentations, organization charts and other forms of internal and external communications and documentation.
Serve as the primary contact for hiring managers in the On-boarding activities of new hires and transfers to include compliance with I-9 processes.
Maintain clerical organization of the HR department. This includes maintenance of human resource files and maintaining records in accordance to documentation retention guidelines.
Serve as a first point of contact for all employee inquiries and concerns, facilitating great customer service
Working hours: 8am-5pm
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3yrs. plus of HR experience/Administrative
Proficient in MS Word, Excel a must
