Provides clerical and administrative support to human resources staff in one or more of the following areas: answering phones; preparing documents and presentations; processing a variety of employment-related paperwork including job applications, benefits enrollments, pay changes, employee information, and other confidential employee data.
Maintains and distributes current employee information, policies, and procedures.
May respond to routine questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Maintains personnel files and prepares standard reports and other special information requests.
Working hours: 8-6
Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred.
2 years of experience in HR administration.
