Job Description

A mid-sized manufacturing company looking for Human Resources Manager to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.

The major areas the Human Resources Manager will manage include:
- recruiting and staffing; on and off site;
- organizational departmental planning;
- performance management and improvement systems;
- Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
- employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
- employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
- policy development and documentation;
- employee relations;
- company-wide committee facilitation;
- compensation and benefits administration;
- employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
- employee services and counseling.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
- Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs
- Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
- Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
- Establishes HR departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.
- Manage performance evaluation process.
- Provide backup for payroll processing.
- Evaluate and confirm OSHA Accident Reports are completed for all company incidents. Submit relevant injury information to workers comp.
- Affirmative Action and EEO - 1 reporting and EICC compliance.

Working hours: 7am-5pm

Requirements of the Human Resources Manager:
--Bachelor Degree in a related field.
--Five plus years Human Resources experience with 3 plus years managing all aspects of Human Resource functions in a manufacturing setting.
--Three plus years' experience with DOL, EEOC, and OSHA regulations.
--Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system.
--SPHR/PHR, SHRM/SCP or SHRM/CP highly desirable.
--Strong written and oral communication skills.
