Job Description

Seeking an Experienced Human Resources Officer that can develop and execute resource strategy in the overall business. Will be focusing on talent management/recruiting, change management, organizational performance, training and development, and succession planning and compensation for the business.

-Develop HR plans and strategies that support the achievement of the operations strategies.
-Function as a business adviser to the Senior Management Team or Board of Directors regarding organizational or management issues.
-Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function. This includes, but may not be limited to: talent acquisition, career development, performance management, retention, training, compensation, benefits and succession planning.
-Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all team members.
-Annually review the compensation program & employee handbooks recommending updates and changes.
-Assist in the performance management process throughout the year. This includes annual performance reviews and quarterly reviews or performance plans
-Review and update job descriptions annually or as needed.
-Initiates recruitment process and assists in interviewing and selection.Providing an exceptional on-boarding experience
-Support the bi-weekly payroll process to include data input of new hires, terminations, compensation changes,hours worked, etc.
-Maintain all records related to employment and payroll
-Will coordinate training activities within the organization

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Computer proficiency required - ability to use internet, email and Microsoft Office Word and Excel
-Must maintain confidentiality at all times
-Work cooperatively and respectfully with all Team Members
-Ability to prioritize and organize responsibilities to maximize productive results


4-7 years

-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Education, Business or related field
-HR Certification, SHRM-CP or SPC, PHR or SPHR preferred
-Five or more years experience in the Human Resources
-Ability to pass a background check and credit check
-Complete required education and compliance training annually
-Participate in the Operations Business Development/Call Program which includes outside calls, participation and
attendance at various community functions.
