A well established national company is looking for Human Resource talent with a Recruiting background to support their local Stockton, CA Human Resource Manager. She is an amazing, talented individual who will mentor and support your growth while you contribute your existing human resource/recruitment experience.

- Assist with screening resumes to vet qualified candidates; all candidates to be screened within 48 hours of applying
- Assist with scheduling interviews for internal and external candidates; internal candidate???s managers to be notified within 24 hours of applying and interview scheduled within 48 hours.
- Develop applicant pool for high volume hourly positions such as forklift, shipping clerk and general laborer
- Assist in keeping Recruiting Gateway up to date with current open positions; new requests to be posted within 24 hours upon receipt
- Assist with Recruiting metrics with direction of Recruiting Supervisor
- Oversee agency staffing requests for skilled open positions to include screening resumes and scheduling forklift assessment within 24 hours of submission by agency.
- Oversee conversion of temporary agency employees to company hires by confirming hours eligibility and coordinating with managers
- Assist in scheduling forklift assessments, pre-employment screens where applicable and entering of new hire backgrounds. Backgrounds should be entered within 24 of receipt of information. Forklift assessments scheduled immediately after acceptance of job offer.
- Backup to conduct new hire orientation as needed.
- Follow offers through process, communicate start date with applicants and set up for new hire orientation.
- Launch onboarding paperwork for new hires within 24 hours of completion of all pre-employment screening.
- Acquire proper forms of identification from new hires at time of offer of employment.
- Complete new hire paperwork in Ultipro to include I-9 verification and everify immediately following new hire orientation.
- Assist with processing new hires to verify information is correct ie; department, supervisor, local taxes etc. once above verifications are completed.
- Add any referral bonuses to spreadsheet when new hire paperwork is processed
- Enter new hires into ADA and Safety database within 24 hours of start
- Assign fobs to new hires, updating fob system and Ultipro within 24 hours of start time
- Issue replacement fobs for current employees ensuring fob system and Ultipro are updated
Human Resources:
- Provide back up support to HR Department.
- Serve as a resource to management team and employees alike.
