Job Description

Our prestigious client is looking for an administrative assistant to help out in the payroll unit. Ideal candidate will have previous experience with I-9 verification as an authorized employer representative as well as knowledge of current USCIS regulations on acceptable I-9 documentation.

Responsibilities:
Work with new and rehired staff and faculty to complete section 2 of I-9 using tracker software.
Verify and upload documentation into Tracker System using an Ipad.
Verify that tracker information has updated and transferred into system.
Verify that employee correctly filled out section 1 and signed prior to reviewing provided documentation.
Additional duties as assigned by assistant manager and manager

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and computer versatility.
The ability to work within strict deadlines.
The ability to work efficiently and in a professional manner.
Strong customer service skills.
Previous experience with electronic I-9 software and E-Verify helpful

Education:
High School

1-4 years
