Job Description

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for provisioning user access, providing high quality technical access support, problem research and resolution, technical change implementation, telephone and one-on-one technical support for all levels of clients. Additionally, the IAM Analyst is expected to provide direction and guidance to local and remote users and team members. Manages monitors and audits security master files.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Preferred: CISSP, CISA, CISM, GSEC, CRISC, or related certification(s) highly recommended.
Minimum: Requires knowledge of operating systems, computer science, and various types of computer terminal equipment.
Preferred: Solid command of networking and general IT, network security architecture, basic encryption, operating systems, etc.
3 years work experience in computer support, programming or operations required.

Bachelors

1-4 years
