Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries in a high volume customer response center
-Handle inbound customer calls to take service requests, process payments and offer billing solutions
-Build rapport and give service to customers in order to assist them fully
-Problem solve to ensure excellent customer engagement

Working hours: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Skills:
Qualifications:

-Previous experience in a call center preferred
-Excellent customer service skills
-Able to type 40+ WPM
-High school diploma or GED
-Able to work in a fast paced environment
