Job Description

Shift: Monday - Friday
8am -4pm
9am-5pm
1pm-9pm
2 unpaid 15 minute breaks 30 minute paid lunch

Incoming products support NO SELLING NO UPSELLING! Outbound calls only if there is a problem with credit card or a thank you call
There is email customer service as well
MS Office based systems with client specific databases

Responsibilities:
Candidates must be able to handle multiple inbound calls in regards to customer products. NO SELLING NO UPSELLING! Outbound calls are only necessary if there is a problem with credit card or to provide a thank you call.
Customer service over email correspondences.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Data entry and customer service skills.
MS Office based systems, so familiarity is important.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Previous call center experience required.
High School Diploma
