Job Description

Immediate openings in a health care-related call center. Will be responsible for handling inbound calls by accurately and completely answering and documenting inquiries from various customers. Will facilitate communication between call center, other departments, members, providers, employers, and brokers to ensure that needs of members are met. Medical terminology is helpful. Three (3) years of Customer Service experience a must. Must be proficient in using a computer keyboard, navigating multiple software applications, managing a multi-line phone and completing documentation during the course of a call. Must have a professional demeanor and demonstrate tact and diplomacy in interpersonal interactions, in addition to maintaining composure in challenging situations.

Handle all in-coming calls and document appropriately on the computer

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Excellent customer service and computer skills, compassionate and an interest in helping others

High School

1-4 years

HS Diploma and willing to submit to pre-employment screenings
