Job Description

Our customer is a very well recognized organization in Reading PA. They are a 24/7 operation.
Major Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound contacts. Use proper soft skills and provide expected customer experience. Follow all departments
policies and procedures.
- Log Road Report. Accurately document caller's name, contact, location, customer rebill status, downtime and any
other pertinent information.
- Accurately diagnose and document caller's complaint. Use provided tools to pull engine codes and asking probing
diagnostic questions.
- Guide callers through any possible over the phone repairs such as: initiating the regeneration process, transmission
reset, etc.
- Other projects as assigned by the supervisor

Working hours: 40

Qualifications - External

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical School Degree, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3 years of contact center professional experience preferred.
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Must have customer service skills
- Technical knowledge is a plus
- Must have communications skills
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske
employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal
history) and drug screening are required.
