Job Description

Currently looking for individuals to fill Customer Service Representative openings. Interested candidates should have 1 year previous exceptional customer service experience and excellent data entry and typing skills.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Assist customers with the enrollment process and assist existing members with making changes to their agreements.
Assist customers with how to file a claim, provide copy of agreement,
Assist customers with general questions regarding coverage, length of contract and basic benefit questions.

Working hours: flexible 8 hour shifts between 7am - midnight

Requirements of the Call Center Agent

1 year previous customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older. Background screening and drug test required.
High school diploma or equivalent
High level computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Ability to work well under pressure
