Job Description

Are you looking for a structured schedule with weekly pay? Do you enjoy customer service over the phone without the fear of having to do sales? Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance is currently recruiting for just this sort of position! These are long-term, temporary, inbound call center positions.
The training would be 3 weeks, working M-F 8-4;30
The working schedule would be 2:30pm - 11pm, would include working every Saturday and having every Sunday Off as well as a different day during the week.

Responsibilities:
Taking payments over the phone
Entering information into dual screens

Working hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Skills:
Proven customer service experience
Call Center experience is preferred
Detail-oriented

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Typing over 30wpm
Ability to work with dual screens


Looking for individuals that thrive in a positive, call center setting. Must be okay with working 2nd shift, to include Saturdays as the schedule is not flexible.
