Job Description

We are seeking an Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This department is responsible for handling inbound inquiries from Providers, Billing Offices, Data Exchange Partners and Members via telephone and e-mail correspondence. This department also assists providers with transitioning from paper (checks) to electronic payments (EFT) quickly and effortlessly, via the Provider Enrollment team.


Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9-530 Some weekends needed


1 year minimum experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields required
Healthcare Insurance or Provider's office (preferred, not required)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
