Job Description

This position will provide world class customer service and sales support by responding to the customers requests courteously and professionally. Inside Sales Rep handles inbound and outbound sales related calls for designated regions, sets up new customer accounts, maintains current customer accounts and documents all pertinent notes in each customer's account. Furthermore, Inside Sales Rep assists with customer service related calls, collections, applies credit/adjustments, and provides clear communication between technicians, sales staff, department heads and customers to resolve any issue that impacts the customer's experience.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
Answers and manages inbound/outbound calls.
Primarily responds to sales related inbound callers with factual information on all products and services.
Sells residential pest control services and other services aligned with standard operating procedures.
Creates service accounts for new customers.
Collects payments and applies to proper account.
Schedules inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
Calls on 30/60 day past due accounts to collect remaining balance.
Creates work orders.
Documents all customer calls accurately on customer?s account and forwards to appropriate associate.
Enters lead information into database (PestPac and Velocify) accurately and schedule appointments.
Assists with customer service related inbound callers during high-volume peak calling hours.
Resolves billing issues, offer resolutions, and apply credits/adjustments when appropriate.
Assists with completing service agreements when Branch CSR is out-of-office.
Develops communication with platform branches to continuously improve customer experiences.
Provides excellent communication and people skills to build trust and create positive customer experiences by placing an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Additional projects as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School or equivalent.
Previous inside sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Customer service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
Ability to calculate basic math.
Must be able to pass seven-year criminal background check.
Must be able to pass substance abuse testing.
Ability to use a multi-line telephone system, copy/fax machine, scanner, printer, and postage meter.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Proficiency in Velocify and PestPac is preferred.
Ability to establish internal and external relationships.
