Job Description

Inside sales representative job responsibilities are to generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpret technical requirements. Also to provide technical information and develop accounts.

? Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts. Will build rapport provide technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
? Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
? Develops accounts by checking customers find history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
? Maintains communication by troubleshooting reporting and tracking problems
? Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; and participating in educational opportunities.
? Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

--Qualifying leads from digital campaigns Conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
--Answering potential client questions and follow-up all questions.
--Working with sales team partner on all sales related items with customers.
--Tracking weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
--Maintaining database and acts of perspective client information and current client information.
--Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.

High School

4-7 years

? Need excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with current customers and prospects.
? Persuasive and goal oriented
? Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
? Eager to expand company with new sales, clients and territories
? Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
? In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
? High school degree or equivalent
? Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
? Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
? Previous experience in making outbound calling, inside sales experience, or related sales experience a plus.
? Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite which includes word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel and ACT CRM software experience preferred.
? Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
