A dynamic growing local manufacturer seeks to add an experienced and confident sales professional to their growing staff
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Must have experience in territorial, key account, and project management.
*Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and objectives.
*Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports.
*Creates and conducts proposal presentations to prospective and existing customers.
*Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
*Maintains proper communication with all customers in the to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
*Sets short and long-term sales strategies.
*Should be familiar with common business concepts, practices and procedures.
*A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
*Develop key relationships with strategic customers
* Achieve pre-defined sales targets
*Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure
customer requirements are met on a timely basis
*Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Working hours: 08:00AM - 05:00PM
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
*The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in a technical sales environment.
*2-5 years of technical sales.
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
*Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above average computer and technical skills.
* Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals
and groups and a desire to improve these talents.
