Hubbell Lighting is an essential business employer as they manufacture lighting for the healthcare industry. We are looking to add to their staff with an Inventory Analyst! Apply today to be considered.

- Coordinate the daily inventory counts and direct cycle counters.
- Responsible for communicating with all departments on any inventory discrepancies or issues.
- Notify engineering of Bill of Material issues.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Investigate root causes for all inventory problems.
- Back up for Inventory Control Supervisor.
- Check all report logs/receipt logs from fabrication, press shop, and sub-assembly.
- Data entry for various items including scrap logs, labels, and parts.
- Count and issue parts when needed.
- Track and report inventory levels of labels, blanks, and UL to inventory control, and purchasing as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in areas.
- Help develop and administer inventory control policies and procedures.
- Attain and maintain 95% inventory accuracy metric.
- Support the annual Physical Inventory process.
- Monitor the flow of materials through the manufacturing processes.
- Develop capabilities for Inventory Planning and reporting.
- Responsible for communicating with all departments on any inventory discrepancies or issues.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- Good overall understanding of the ERP system (SAP). Expertise in the Materials Management modules.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project).
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to maneuver 50 lbs.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.


4-7 years

- Prior Inventory Control role in a manufacturing plant environment is preferred.
- Associates degree required.
- Bachelor?s Degree in Business or Supply Chain or Operations is preferred
- 5 years of experience in Inventory Control.
- Training & experience implementing LEAN manufacturing lines/cells is a plus.
