The Inventory Control Specialist monitors product aging and provides direction to shipping on selecting product according to the correct production date. This position is critical to verifying the accuracy of product on hand, its location and quantities.
Create pick tickets from issued work orders.
Move inventory in system and rotate inventory by production date.
Organize product locations; move to the correct location or make appropriate system updates.
Conduct inventory allocations, inventory counts and cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Other inventory related duties as needed.

Working hours: M-F FT
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years' experience in warehousing and inventory control.
Experience with ERP systems is essential and is required.
Ability to read and decipher inventory reports, number sequencing, stock locations, calculate dates, etc.
Ability to work independently without distraction.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong PC Skills are required.
