Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk with accounting and excel spreadsheet skills.  The duties of an inventory clerk is to maintain records  of quantity, type, and value of various material.  The candidate must have reliable transportation, be able to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail and have exceptional organization skills.   This is a temporary position with the possibility of being temp to hire with the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for general ledger maintenance, including monthly closing and reconciliation of all accounts.       
• Provide support for cash flow statements and daily cash flow.  
• Provide support for fixed asset and inventory reporting including cycle counts and trend analysis.   
• Provide support for Corporate business insurance (WC, auto, general liability, etc…) coverage.    
• Coordinate engineering certificates of compliance process and maintain records.
• Prepare and maintain data for the Quality management review, including but not limited to: nonconforming product, rework, customer complaints, customer satisfaction surveys, vendor performance, engineering change request and notices.
• Maintain and update all engineering external documents, hard copies of drawings issued across the site and controlled documents within manufacturing system.   
• Interact well with all levels of staff, management, customers and the general public.  
• Maintain office and breakroom supplies inventory.
• Perform all required tasks with attention to quality and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with all Company and Quality policies and procedures.

HS Diploma, Bachelor degree preferred but no neces
