Job Description

We are looking for smart, adaptable, upbeat professionals to help develop and cultivate new business opportunities in the Daytona Beach market. In the IS/ IT Support role you will have responsibility and technical oversight for the engineering, maintenance and support for the operations. You will be supporting Cisco network switches, asterisk, third party internet and WAN service providers.

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with personnel to implement routing and scripting changes and optimizations
- Implements on and off boarding procedures for phone, call recording and other routine phone solutions
- Leads engineering, configuration, implementation, maintenance and support of LAN/WAN, UC, Telephony, VoIP and operations
- Act as LAN administrator for file and print servers, email and messaging systems, business systems and other cloud and hosted LAN solutions
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Skills:
--5 years of dynamic engineering experience with technical infrastructure and operations including LAN, WAN, VOIP and Systems Administration in an enterprise environment
--Minimum of 3 years' engineering responsibility for Internet, WAN, VoIP, Telephony and Cisco operating systems
--An approachable demeanor with a willingness to invest in building the technical knowledge of the team
--Ability to partner with third party service providers and members of the technical, web and operational systems IT teams
--Demonstrates a positive service orientation inside and outside the IT Department and the organization
--Willingness to take ownership of the Telephony / VoIP, WAN solutions
--Demonstrable experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
--Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
--Remains calm and cool-tempered in high stress situations
