Spherion, in collaboration with our client company in the New Orleans area is seeking qualified IT professionals to work contract positions.
Most contracts range from 30-52 weeks with a competitive salary and benefits. Salary varies by position starting at $25/hr up to $55/hr with weekly pay.

Senior Application Programmer: Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs;conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.

.NET Developer: Design, develop, code, test, document, implement, support, and maintain new .NET web applications as well as changes/fixes/enhancements to existing .NET web applications. Implement system application security (using Windows AD based security), user levels(using the supplied roles engine), data exchange between department and contractors.

Application Database Administrator: Identify, quantify, and qualify data quality issues. Design scripts and code to execute data clean up. Recommend additional software based on the analysis of available software and Database Management System (DBMS) requirements.

Application Administrators: Provide security role provisioning to SharePoint sites, lists and libraries. Create / Edit / Update forms. Troubleshoot error messages. Collaborate with the business unit to create data dashboards. Provide Tier 2 support for end users. Perform data management services. Work with OTS to troubleshoot platform errors.

Business Analysts: Consult with OTS strategic leadership on advancing and maturing enterprise change management and enterprise release management based on industry best practices, design, create, and modernize new or and update existing artifacts for enterprise change management and enterprise release, consult with vertical/functional leadership on change management and release management task within their respective organization

Project Managers: Establish Project Management Function, create and maintain all project management documentation for the project, assist during project implementation, including project planning and organization of project management infrastructure, provide post implementation support, including operational issues and organizational change management.

Technical Writers: Document Business Cases, Mission Needs Statements, and Analysis of Alternatives, Create and Maintain contracting documents including Statements of Work, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, IGCEs and Craft TIMS Modernization IPT Charter to include its purpose, limitations, representation and requirements.
