Job Description

This Technician will replace old computers with newer ones, ensure data backup, establish network connectivity with proper documentation and ensuring they are safe, healthy and compliant to give to employees.

Responsibilities:
Map network drives, printer installation/configuration, ensure group policies, troubleshoot and fix issues during installation, support teething problems after installation, update relevant documents, support system admin.

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
Technical Knowledge of: Word, Excel, Windows OS10 or equivalent installation/upgrade from older OS to Windows 10 & configuration.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
