Job Description

Excellent foot in the door with a growing tech company. NJ based IT support company is in need of an IT/Help Desk Representative with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work remotely is available after a few months of training.

Responsibilities:

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
A+ certification
Strong hardware troubleshooting experience and/or education
Experience and/or education with Windows XP/7/Embedded
TCP/IP and Ethernet network experience and/or education
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently
A stable work history

Education:
Bachelors
