Job Description

Our client is a market leader in porcine, dairy and beef genetics and is uniquely positioned as a global player with a dedicated, multi-species Research and Development team and an international distribution network.

In this position you will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of maintenance and technical services support for all non-central internal and third-party sites in their proprietary bio-manufacturing environment. If you're

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the leadership, coordination and performance of all maintenance support activities for rest of world sites.
- Lead RCAs for instrumentation, bio-processing, and production level troubleshooting events
- Manage teams providing distance support for field locations.
- Maintain the maintenance database.
- Travel as needed to customer sites for supporting existing maintenance projects.
- Promotes customer satisfaction through problem solving, clear and effective communications, professional appearance, and efficient repair/maintenance activities
- Track all service activities utilizing CMMS system developed in accordance with service policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and be the bridge to R&D engineering
- Maintain and continuously develop personal knowledge and expertise related to the service of complex laboratory equipment
- Additional projects and duties may be assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in engineering discipline strongly preferred.
- CMRP or similar certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing customer facing projects.
- Experience in Metrology
- Thorough understanding of maintenance processes; predictive, preventative, and reliability.
