Landscaping Supervisor

Job Description

Our client, a landscaping company, is looking for applicants with landscape and management experience. Applicants will work with the designer to ensure expectations are met, provide excellent customer service, direct workers on plans, and oversee projects to ensure optimum results. Applicants must have 3 years of landscaping experience with 1 year of management experience being highly desired.

Pay: $40,000/year
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Type: Full time

Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects
- Work with designer to ensure expectations are met
- Direct and supervise landscapers
- Follow safety guidelines
- Complete inventory checks
- Meet deadlines
- Address employee issues

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Self-motivated
- Excellent management skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of landscaping experience
- 1 year of management preferred
