Lead Print Operator needed for Printing Facility

Position Requirements: Ability, attitude, and interest to understand the manufacturing operations of company.
Ability to understand, communicate, and apply instructions. Must provide reliability through attendance and punctuality. Demonstrates, upholds and communicates positive safety attitude. Ability to lift 45#. Ability to stand to perform job function throughout shift. Good manual dexterity. Requires good math skills. Must be able to read and interpret production orders, reports, and instructions. Must be able to use basic hand held measuring tools. Must be team oriented. Must be available to work a set day and/or night schedule following a 2-week rotation of three and four 12-hour shifts per week.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience preferred.
