-Lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, along with repairs and replacement of Gauges, Valves, Pressure Regulators, and any other related equipment.
-Install programs or repairs automated machinery & equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
-Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors, & programmable controllers.
-Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replace damaged or broken wires and cables.
-Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
-Visually inspect & test machinery and equipment.
-Dismantle any defective machines and/or equipment and install new or repaired parts.
-Clean and lubricate Shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
-Work with limited supervision
-Basic knowledge of reading electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics and blueprints
-Experience with editing/adjusting reading programs and making changes to the panel views
-Experience: 2-4 Years with industrial maintenance in warehouse environment.
-PLC troubleshooting a Plus
-Excellent communication skills.
-Adaptable to Change.
