Job Description

Training to be able to tend to fluid beds during the agglomeration process of food ingredient powders.

Basic mechanical aptitude by using machine specific tools.
Ability to work safely when learning the equipment and surroundings
Learn to properly lock out and tag out equipment.
Learn Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and how to keep the product safe
Assist coworkers is loading product and packaging final product; able to assist in packaging line with boxes, bags or totes.
Learn how to tear down equipment for cleaning
Learn how to safely and correctly clean the equipment
Learning how to assemble the equipment
Training may also take place in our flavoring area duties would include
Learning how to Disassemble, clean, and re assemble machine
Setting flow rates and starting equipment
Keeping up with equipment and product when running.

Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

High School

0-1 years

Desired Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Able to write simple correspondence.
Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical skills:
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Regularly required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle and feel.
The employee must also be able to talk and hear.
The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with arms and hands. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and taste or smell.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
