We are currently looking for motivated individuals who are looking to be part of a team that will be supporting this company's Bottling Plant, which distributes beverages throughout North America. You will be working in an environment where you are encouraged to be the best you can be.

We are searching for experienced machine operators. Fast paced manufacturing/production experience is highly desired.

The machine operator is responsible for operating an industrial machine in a warehouse setting to permit high rates of efficiency.

Function Specific Activities:
Ensures efficient operation of machinery, maintains equipment and cleanliness to ensure compliance with all GMP standards, and maintain accurate records and logs as required.

- Perform a variety of tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, & perform preventative maintenance on assigned machine(s)
- Inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments as necessary
- Set up and operate machine(s) in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Adjust machine setting to complete tasks accurately and according to specifications in an effective & efficient manner
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment
- Communicate with team members & escalate issues appropriately
- Operate/monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned interruptions
- Housekeeping & sanitation

Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to remain alert throughout the entire shift
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Able to lift 50 lbs continuously
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Proven ability to operate a specified industrial machine
- Technical expertise required to repair and maintain equipment
- Meticulous compliance with company safety policies
- Thorough understanding of shop math and machine processes
- Follows instructions and established guidelines for operating equipment
- Safety conscious and acute attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable and solid attendance record
- Able to work flexible schedules

High School

1-4 years

- 1+ year machine operation experience in a high volume manufacturing/production setting
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout 12 hour shift
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
