Job Description

Responsible for operating a machine in a safe, competent, efficient and productive manner. 12 hour shifts 9 pm - 9 am or 9 am - 9 pm

Responsibilities:
Must become proficient in identifying major components of slitter and packaging equipment; proficient in all aspects taping, tagging, bundling rolls and using all functions of the RF guns; assists with start-up and shut-down of line and routine cleaning of line.
Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times.
Maintains quality standards for the product.
Keeps the machine and surrounding area clean.
Follows instructions of the team lead.
Performs other duties when directed to do so.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate orally and written
Ability to work in a team orientated environment

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing/distribution center/industrial experience preferred
Proven ability for applied learning required
Basic /intermittent computer and basic math skills
