Job Description

Exact Sciences is looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor, who will be responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing facility related equipment while leading and directing the work of a highly skilled team of maintenance professionals for multiple facilities comprised of office, GMP laboratories, clinical laboratories, research laboratories and warehouse areas. This position will assist the Manager of Facilities Maintenance in programs and activities around maintenance, sustainability, and business continuity. The Supervisor is expected to spend 50%+ of their time performing maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the Late shift maintenance tasks, assign personnel to complete scheduled tasks, and ensure on-time execution.
- Execute preventive maintenance and demand maintenance tasks.
- Support continuous improvement within the CMMS and ensure equipment and work orders are updated accurately and timely. Actively participate in new equipment onboarding into the CMMS.
- Direct, lead, and supervise Late shift Maintenance Technicians in a manner that promotes an environment that is conductive to high productivity and minimal downtime.
- Responsible for technical training and development of staff, providing regular direction and feedback on performance, and preparing and delivering annual performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including GMP, OSHA, FDA, CLIA/CAP, WDATCP and USDA
- Work with stakeholders to address issues and needs

Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Facilities Management or related field; or high school degree/GED + 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance role or related role.
- 1+ years of experience with Facility software tools: BAS (Building Automation Systems), Visio, CMMS, CAFM, environmental monitoring, etc.
- 1+ years of experience directly leading staff or project teams or mentorship.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, no more than two moving violations in the past 36 months, and no unresolved license revocation or suspension issues.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
- Ability and means to travel between Madison locations or off-site, may include overnight/weekend travel

Preferred:
- 5 years of experience overseeing management of facilities departments in regulated environments (ex. laboratory, bio/pharma, industrial, healthcare facilities).
- FMP, SFP, or similar certification(s).
- Knowledge of CLIA/CAP regulations.
- Experience in a GMP and/or ISO 13485 environment.
- Experience with OSHA, EPA, and FDA regulations.
