This position will assume responsibility for
coordination and leadership of facility/equipment maintenance initiatives and
staff. Transition a traditional planned maintenance program to support preventive/predictive
maintenance initiatives. Responsible for developing a supportive maintenance
budget and managing contractor safety, stores inventory, cost savings and
continuous improvement initiatives. This
position is accountable to manage performance, develop and
coach direct reports and department member. Further, this position requires the
ability to motivate employees, act as a change agent to drive continuous
improvement, and must have the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Job Specific Duties
o Lead, Coach, develop Team Members and schedule staffing as needed for
production requirements, equipment repairs ect.
