Job Description

Spherion is currently looking for a Maintenance / General Laborer for a direct hire opportunity.  This position will be responsible for maintaining parish buildings and property.  This is a part time position, approximately 25 hours a week.  Must be available during all types of weather to maintain the property. 

Clearances will be required prior to starting position.

Qualification

  • One year experience in the maintenance field
  • Be able to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Run landscaping equipment 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct general mechanical, electrical and plumbing repairs as needed
  • Performing basic cleaning duties 
  • Provide snow removal 
  • Set up and take down community events
