We are currently looking to hire a Manufacturing Associate for one of our clients located in Colorado Springs. This role is a temp-to-hire position. Initially, the hourly rate will be $11.10 per hour.

As a Manufacturing Associate you will be responsible for:

Correctly preparing raw materials based on batch records.
Setting up and operating machines in accordance with SOPs and procedures.
Performing daily, weekly, monthly cleaning of all production areas.
Verifying labeled material is accurate.
Performing periodic inventory of consumable items and inform manager when supplies are below
minimum levels.
Cleaning production equipment in accordance with appropriate SOPs to ensure no cross
contamination or microscopic organisms are present.
Staging raw materials needed for packaging.
Monitoring machines during packaging to ensure correct fill levels are being met.
Setting up labeling machine ensuring proper placement of the labels on the bottles.

Working hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM

A Manufacturing Associate that works at this client will need:

1-3 Years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ablility to perform basic math functions to include ratios and decimals.
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional communication
and organization skills, and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and excellent time management skills and ability
to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

High School

1-4 years

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six to twelve months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, unassisted
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
