Job Description

Fulfill the "Logistical process" cycle for all regions and ensure processing and monitoring of the ISO Tank fleet in order to optimally serve customer needs in alignment with the strategy of the sBU and the supply chain organization. the main objective in this is to manage and improve the processes of all ISO Tank handing and shipments of all Sulfur Derivatives products at optimal costs. This includes the leasing and maintenance of ISO Tanks.
Maintain and improve working relationships with internal stakeholders like Business Managers, Customer Service and plant logistics in order to fulfill the demand of ISO Tank shipments.
Maintain and improve working relationships with internal stakeholders like local governments, customers, other BU/companies using the same modalities. Goal of this activity is to maintain and improve a network in which we can optimize our ISO tank logistical setup and improve the total cost of ownership for the complete Supply Chain.
Analyzing the ISO tank market conditions and preparing the procurement negotiating process with suppliers' rate s and all other applicable conditions to receive a high standing for safety, service and reliability and optimal cost.

1. Manage the ISO Tank fleet for ESD Sulfur Derivatives regions and businesses.
2. Fleet assignment to product/customer c combinations; working with Business Managers, customer service, customers & sites. Participate in S&OP meetings and processes.
3. Enables fleet tracking by customer proving Supply Chain and Customer Service with fleet status and overdue data by account. Manages uniform work processes and use of Fleet Management System (s) among colleagues.
4. Optimize the return process, including optimization of bookings, minimization of delays, and cargo acceptance by carriers, together with responsible colleagues.
5. Lead development, communication, and implementation of business processes and practices across production sites and sale offices related t the fleet objects.
6. Responsible for contract management.
7. Create and distribute KPIs for effective management of the fleet such as average turnaround.
8. Develop and maintain the logistics strategy for the ISO Tanks.
9. Being a senior adviser in the negotiating process for Sourcing an ESD Procurement and select the best suitable supplier.
10. Manage supplier base and key suppliers to be able to receive to requested service at the optimal costs.
11. Plan and carry out operational review meetings with allocated Logistics Service Providers.
12. Initiate continuous improvements of the logistical process and fleet assets by analyzing and advising in new types of equipment, new ways of allocating volume to carries, IT systems and integration possibilities, big data analyzes.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Must have significant experience and skills in operations, logistics and software programs to monitor both fleets and drivers.


1-4 years

1. Bachelor???s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Materials Management or related area of study
2. 3-7 years??? experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Planning. Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment preferred.
3. Management experience preferred.
4. Previous background in building and maintaining good customer relationships internally and externally.
5. This position requires both a deep knowledge of planning; product; customer and production assets management.
6. The successful incumbent will also have a high level of people management skills due to the large number of collaboration partners
7. Requires good communications, analytical and problem solving skills.
8. APICS Certification and Six Sigma preferred.
9. SAP experience.
