Our client, a manufacturing company, has an opening for a machine operator. Successful applicant will provide a variety of repetitive tasks following work instructions, visual inspection of finished units and observe all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Qualified applicants should have production knowledgeable and be capable of operating various machines.
Sets up and operates equipment to perform machining operations, such as cutting, sizing and sorting parts according to specifications on process sheets to determine machining to done, dimensional specifications, setup and operating requirements.
Inspects first run piece and spot checks succeeding pieces as required or specified for quality and conformance to specifications using various gauges and measuring equipment
Working hours: To be determined
--Must be able to read and receive instructions in English
--HS Diploma or GED
--Minimum of 2 years' experience required
--Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
--Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly
--Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements
--Must possess basic machining knowledge and the ability to read build sheets and blueprints
$13-14/hour DOE- overtime available
