Job Description

Sought after Burlington Area employer within the Healthcare Industry is seeking a motivated administrative assistant to support its Marketing team. This is a temporary position expected to last at least three months. The right candidate may be considered for long-term employment. Some flexibility with hours. Insurance benefits available.

General Office/Admin:
Answers phones, forwarding, messages, general inquires to the dept.
Pick up, sort, distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
Coordinate Yellow Pages advertising
Order office supplies.
Assist with misc office support and projects.
Coordinate branded items, borrowed items (such as tablecloths, banners) track giveaways and inventory
Monitor/report media activity, daily news, related to the organization.
Conducts Research as-needed.

Assist with coordination of meetings, AV equipment, etc. Including booking speaker
Distribute payroll reminders within dept.
Generate requests for IT and maintenance issues for the dept.

Supports employees in the usage of our internal brand guideline and template web tool, and coordinates approvals of materials created using this site.
Assist with design and writing of brochures, flyers, posters, etc. Templates in MS Publisher and Adobe Creative Suite, BrandHub
Support end users of BrandHub, our online brand resource, this includes answering questions about how to navigate through BrandHub and use the templates, training sessions.
Supports department in statistical evaluation of market and target populations, as well as evaluation of marketing and communications efforts.
Helps coordinate the work of print and multimedia vendors.
Works with the marketing strategists on branding, marketing, advertising and events to promote the medical center.
Coordinates promotion of onboarding providers, including working with onboarding team, provider liaison and web team.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

1-4 years

1-2 years of Marketing experience/internship
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
MS Publisher
Adobe Creative Suite
