Job Description

Looking for a temp position? A construction management company located in Piscataway, NJ is looking for a Temp Marketing Asisstant/Sales Admin. The Marketing Assistant/Sales Admin would be responsible for coordinating the proposal process as well as assisting in the development of marketing tools such as brochures, company website, PowerPoint presentations, and printed marketing boards. The proposal process consists of following standard procedures/templates, including planning, review, and production of statements of qualifications and proposals. As well as proofreading and final assembly of proposal submission with punch machine or binders. The marketing assistant will also provide market research, competitive analyses and consumer trends related to social media/website content.

Responsibilities:
-Review RFP, create rubric and develop proposal using a template.
-Coordinate proposal process.
-Gather and research information for proposal.
-Review, edit, and organize document to improve clarity.
-Assist in development of marketing tools.
-Plan and manage meetings, presentations and project interview.
-Provide market research, competitive analyses, and consumer trends related to social media/website content.
-Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Capable of working independently.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based off of due dates.
-Knowledge of tradition and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
-Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred but not required.
-Proposal management experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Indesign & Photoshop experience preferred.
