Job Description

The job's primary responsibility is to create and maintain brand identity and consistency for the company and agents. This role is responsible for the look and feel of the brand. The Marketing Coordinator position is expected to create and implement marketing programs and processes that help agents list and sell more houses. In addition, this position is expected to execute on various programs and processes that leadership deems necessary to present the brand in its most professional light.

The role is responsible for the execution of the marketing vision on a tactical level. That means that this role is a 'get things done' role. Marketing strategy is established by leadership with input from this role. This role then implements and executes. The strategy includes but is not limited to, scheduling and implementation of marketing campaigns and events. Managing content and creativity, this position requires an ability to manage full marketing campaigns as outlined in company strategy. The role manages the marketing systems including website CMS platform, facilitation of marketing materials through email and print software, graphic designs, and social media management for a company of over 50 employees

The person in this role must actively demonstrate a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures requiring the ability to use good judgment, communication and organizational skills. Position will perform normal office functions such as: setting up campaigns; arrange meetings; prepare presentations and do design work for (but not limited to) Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports and correspondence; and reviews drafts and finished documents as required for marketing projects. As required, this position will provide guidance and assistance to other employees

Demonstrated excellent communication skills are a must. Must be able to work with a forward thinking leadership team able to provide proactive recommendations. Candidate must be

- Directly reports to the Director of Sales and Operations
- Graphic design skills are imperative
- Editing in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Manages Technology Stack including website CMS platform and company CRM
- Create and execute Blog schedule
- Social Media management
- New agent onboarding
- Deployment of print marketing materials
- Print vendor management
- Facilitate community newsletter
- Aggregate content and design market reports
- Ability to pull data from company software and MLS
- Conduct agent training on how to use company marketing
- Adhere to strict deadlines
- Exhibits ethical behavior and integrity and maintains confidentiality for all internal responsibilities

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School

1-4 years

- Marketing background required
- CRM and CMS knowledge required
- Strong writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with both Apple and Android products
- Knowledge of both Mac and PC
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
- General knowledge of the real estate industry a plus
