Be the "face" of their company! Spearhead the marketing department to support growth and innovation.

Marketing Specialist will support the company by:
  • Spearheading the development of the company's marketing program. 
  • Developing metrics to gauge success. 
  • Execute promotional activities and community events.]
  • Conduct market research.
  • Project and relationship management.
  • Product advertising and promotional planning. 
  • Developing and implementing multiple channel programs to develop brand awareness.   
  • Having a "heart of service"


Qualifications we are looking for...
  • Experience required 2-5 years of demonstrated success. 
  • Demonstrated leader.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed. 
  • Ability to project and plan initiatives for up to 2 years ahead. 
  • Strong project management and communication skills. 
  • Prior experience coordinating and working community events. 
  • Problem resolution both strategically and functionally. 
  • Technical skills in strategic planning and marketing, business and marketing development, market research and planning, and promotions as well as advertising.
  • Enjoys travel! Travel up to 75%; 3-4 days a week to set-up events, meet with community groups and coordinate with site staff for events. Travel could include outside of Ohio - Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. Company car provided! 


You will...
  • Coordinate and be liaison by managing community involvement, calendar, and programs on all platforms including a strong social media presence. 
  • Ensure marketing communications are coordinated, including the development and distribution of marketing content. ·       Support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements. 
  • Represent the company at community events.
  • Overseeing business and market development; perform market research and planning, strategic direction for promotion and advertising. 
  • Assist with preparation of the annual operating plans and develop long term product plans. 
  • Develop monthly reports to share with leadership. 
  • Creative development to increase brand awareness through research and analytics. 
  • Develop and coordinate content plans for digital channels that integrate with the marketing plan, engaging consumers with valuable resources and helpful content. 
  • Other duties as assigned for the overall success of the organization.
