Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for our client located in San Luis Obispo for a Manufacturing Mechanical Assembler who will be responsible for performing tasks related to building systems. This will include, but not limited to; manufacturing various sub-assemblies to engineering specifications, as well as assist with routing cables and conduit sytems.


Will work from from instructions, drawings, and schematics to assemble a variety of mechanical, electrical subassemblies and systems with supervision.

Performs routine, repetitive assembly operations and processes to produce quality and accurate products in a timely manner.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment and maintain or increase On-Time Shipments

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM


Must be able to learn to navigate through operating system to find BOMs, drawings and instructions
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs daily
Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Must be able to focus on attention to detail to drive plant safety and product quality
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Must be able to learn how to handle material responsibly
Dependability and flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs highly desired


High School

1-4 years

High School Diploma or equivalent
0-2 years' experience mechanical assembly and/or relevant experience
Ability to work with a team and independently when necessary
History of working safely
Experience with small hand tools and proper measuring techniques
