Job Description

One of the largest healthcare technology companies in the U.S. is seeking Medical Billing Customer Service Specialists who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, and are able to handle and resolve complaints.

2+ years of Medical Billing experience is required

This position is a 5 month assignment and you must be able to work from home until current conditions allow to work on-site in the Tulsa office. Existing high speed internet access is required.


  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing merchandise exchanges, refunding money and adjusting bills
  • Notify customers of claim investigation results and adjustments
  • Comprise records of customer communications, complaints, comments and actions taken
  • Assist with inbound calls, outbound calls or a combination of both

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Ability to document and record customer and client information
  • Well versed at reading EOB's
  • Must understand copays, coinsurance and deductibles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail


  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of Medical Billing experience
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required
