Job Description

Spherion Staffing is looking for a Practice Manager/Office Manager for a client in Lansing. Smaller practice (they have about 35 total employees including the physicians). Our client is willing to do a direct hire. They are looking for culture fit first and then previous Office Manager experience. Fantastic culture - so much fun! Salary: $40k - $62k depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Supervision of patient scheduling, data processing, and space planning.
Assist fiscal management
Recruit clients
Maintains and manages all filing and organizational systems.
Interview hire and train office team.
coordinate day to day operations of the practice. ect

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field required. Completion of Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) Highly preferred
3-5 years of medical practice experience
NextGen experience preferred.
