Job Description

A well know Health insurance carrier is looking for an individual who is savvy in the medical administrative arena.
The ideal candidate will process health plan related data and information using automated systems within established production and quality standards. Process group level changes such as renewals, new group installations, billing unit updates, group name and address changes, benefit and rate information updates. Identifies and resolves issues with enrollment information and member eligibility.

Successfully exceed 'Associate Level' responsibilities. In addition, frequently contacts other internal staff
and external customers to verify information as needed to complete processing work.
Makes recommendations to management for improvements in work processes.
Database input and maintenance.
May maintain additional reports.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Good understanding of Medical Insurance Plans and apply knowledge to building of groups
Good knowledge of windows based applications (Word and Excel)
Knowledge of medical plans and benefits
Communication (verbal and written)
Effective critical thinking skills
Proven Analytical skills
Problem solving

High School

1-4 years

Prior experience with Facets a huge plus.
Must have great communication skills verbally and written.
Must be able to read Word and Excel Spreadsheets communicating related data.
Must be kind, caring, patient, and empathetic when making inquires and gathering data.
