Job Description

Membership Rep I
Temp position until 03/2018

Responsible for enrollment, billing activities and/or maintaining assigned accounts.
Responds to incoming calls and may initiate outgoing calls, providing customer service to plan members, providers and employer groups.
Answering enrollment/benefit/eligibility/billing questions, resolving issues and educating callers.
Responsible for billing and delinquency processes for assigned groups.
Bills, collects premiums and reconciles payments.
Screens all forms and data for all paperwork received from Sales and/or underwriting for new group and/or group re-classing benefits.
Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes in database for accurate tracking and analysis.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

HS diploma or GED;
2 years of related experience in Customer Service (No RETAIL)/ Call Center experience.
Computer savvy
