Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Description

Spherion Staffing is seeking experienced Mortgage Servicing Specialists to work directly with a local company. The Mortgage Servicing Specialist is responsible for daily reconciliation of mortgage transactions between MSP and actual bank balances.

Pay $17-20/hour DOE
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Business Professional dress code

Responsibilities:
- Daily balancing of MSP
- Daily reconciliation of general ledger and deposit accounts

-Must have a professional demeanor and excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to be flexible and adapt well to change
-Highly detail oriented, organized and have good problem solving and math skills
-Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently
-Possess good research skills to gain knowledge of rules, regulations and policies relating to escrow accounts
